Ryerson University's rocketry team currently flies high powered sounding rockets at the IREC and Spaceport America Cup events, and took home second place as part of a Canadian award sweep at competition this past summer. We are employing advanced composites manufacturing expertise to fly higher and faster every year on lighter and stronger vehicles. The team is looking to expand into hybrid rocket research and design led by new graduates including myself. We are also building on a substantial knowledge base alongside our peers at universities across Canada as part of the Canadian Rocket Consortium.
